We partnered with Inventory Ease, a modern operating system for independent retailers, to design an internal workflow and client-facing portal in Notion. The system streamlines daily work orders, tracks progress across the team, and allows clients to submit requests and monitor updates. The result was a thoughtful, intentional workspace that enhances collaboration, clarity, and client experience.

We helped Ashbury Legal, a San Francisco law firm, build a crypto-focused legal ledger using Notion, Super, and Make. The system includes an internal dashboard for drafting updates and an automated workflow to publish them to a public-facing website. The result was a professional, branded platform that simplifies legal content management and showcases Ashbury’s expertise in digital assets.

We partnered with MakeTeamWork, an innovation agency in the Netherlands that helps teams collaborate better through workspace facilitation, to redesign and rebuild their website. Using Figma, Notion, and Super.so, we created a modern, professional site. After launch, we built a documentation hub and led workshops to train the team to manage and update the website directly within Notion.


Make Team Work: Notion website

We partnered with Homestead, a real estate startup focused on ADUs, to build a branded client portal and internal ticketing system using Notion, Super, and MemberSpace. The new setup centralizes client communication, requests, and project updates, while giving the team a simple, scalable workflow. The result is a polished, all-in-one platform that improves clarity, collaboration, and client trust.

We partnered Playbook, a fitness platform for creators, migrate from Shortcuts to Notion and build a scalable workspace for their creative team.

Using Make, we automated task intake from Jotform to Notion with Slack alerts. 

The new system includes design templates and a knowledge hub, streamlining workflows, collaboration, and project tracking as the team grows.

We partnered with August Public, a New York–based consultancy, to centralize their sales operations in Notion. Using Make and HubSpot integrations, we automated deal tracking, performance updates, and goal reporting, creating real-time visibility without extra tools. The result is a clean, collaborative workspace that gives August’s team clarity, alignment, and more time to focus on meaningful client work.
