Celz Alejandro - Celz Productivity Co.
Here's the truth you don't want to hear: you don't need a Notion workspace. You need: • Peace of mind knowing nothing falls through the cracks • Your team to know where to find the information they need • A holistic, people-based approach to systems solutions for your business. Hi, I'm Celz. I love helping creators streamline their systems so they can scale and do their best work holistically. The first thing I will question when you get in a call with me is whether you're trying to solve a systems or people problem with a tool. Let me tell you: that's not... the vibe. As not only a Notion Consultant but an Operations Consultant and Productivity Coach, I bring all of my expertise to the table. Other times, clients know exactly what they want. Other times, they don't know what they don't know. That's where my holistic process comes in: 1. I recommend going through an audit first, whether that's a basic audit or a deep-dive audit. This will allow you to gain clarity on what it is you actually need. 2. After the audit, you're free to DIY or ask for my help. 3. If I do implementation, it always follows a human-centered design process: figuring out what the main pain points are, then having iterations. 4. Lastly, I offer training and documentation. The last thing I'd want is for your Notion workspace to get crickets because no one knows how to maintain it, or worse, because they fear "breaking" it. The best system is the one you use. Do you offer fast, straightforward projects? The above seems like it'll take a long time. Of course! It all depends on scope and clarity of YOUR vision. The more you know what you want and when you want it by, the faster I can get it to you. But typically, large build-outs have a lot of facets to take into consideration (e.g. a migration task is faster than a build from scratch) Do you only work with creators? While I love working with creators, I have the flexibility and experience to work in various industries and cultures . We have experience working with an eyelash salon group in Indonesia, to a law firm in British Columbia. In between that, we've worked with individuals, NGOs, and even fellow Notion creators. What timezone do you work in/Do you cater to non-Asian clients? Yes. I operate on an async-first mindset when it comes to work, but for meetings, I work on Pacific Time (PST). In fact, majority of my clients are US-based. Do you accept rush work? I do, depending on availability and complexity of work. Best place to reach you? [email protected]
